very hot area of the internet is “Hyper-Local”
websites which deliver rich and valued local news to consumers
and empowers community building. Each micro-zone print edition
will have a corresponding website that will empower
1) hyper-local
news by citizen journalists,
2) local social
networking
3) local listings.
Both the zoned
shopper and the local website will be branded by the neighborhood
name and the suffix “local” for example the Midtown
section of a market the zoned edition and website would be
called “Midtown Local”.

print media component of the model will drive significant
traffic to the local websites and be a formidable competitor
to Craigslist and other hyper-local competitors.
